In Diverse Company clients are all different, but they do have one thing in common. They deeply want to succeed. They are ambitious. They know that collaborating with external experts fuels growth.

Below is a selection of our recent projects that give an insight into the types of services we provide and organisations we work with.

West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges, Delivery of Leadership & Mental Strength Development

In Diverse Company (IDC) are delighted to be working with West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges (WYCC) to deliver the Reach Higher programme.  We are working with companies and individuals around the Leeds City Region with the aim of building and strengthening a skilled workforce.  In particular, we are focusing on individuals from underrepresented and marginalized groups to support their move into management and leadership roles, where this might not normally occur.

Department for Education, Women Leading in Education (WLE) Leadership Coaching Pledge

The Leadership Coaching Pledge was launched by the Department for Education in 2016, with the aim of assisting women teachers looking to enter, or progress within, senior leadership.  This re-launch of the programme aims to increase awareness of the scheme, re-address the under representation of women at senior levels in primary and secondary schools, and attract women teachers who are returning to teaching or seeking flexible working opportunities.

Leaders from all backgrounds have been encouraged to pledge to coach at least one aspiring female leader. The structure, content, style of delivery and overall duration of coaching is agreed between coaches and participants to fit with personal schedules and preferences.

In Diverse Company are promoting the Coaching Pledge on a national scale through marketing and promotion, including events and engagement with regional partners.

Liberty Living

Liberty Living is one of the leading providers of student accommodation in the UK. In Diverse Company provided consultancy to progress and develop Liberty Living’s Empowerment and Inclusion group, to support their organisational strategy and D&I goals.

The team at In Diverse Company have managed to position the D&I agenda as a crucial component in organisational growth. First, by being able to bring an accurate, data informed view of an organisation's current situation, and then marrying this with real business uplift when diversity and inclusion become integral to culture and leadership and therefore transformational change.
