Clare has worked in leadership development for the past 20 years, supporting Managers early in their careers through to those at Executive Board level. She benefits from extensive global experience, and for the past two decades has worked across both North and South America, Africa, Asia and Europe. Clare’s particular strengths and interests are in organisational change, excellence in leadership practice, coaching and connecting business strategy with action. She makes sure with all clients that she gains a deep understanding of their business, culture, performance and prevailing mindsets. This enables her to tailor ideas, suggestions and solutions to ensure they address specific needs. Clare has gained the majority of her experience in media and publishing as well as the not-for-profit sector.
