We don’t just pay a professional interest in cultural diversity, we are actively working with leadership teams in India, China and Nairobi to provide coaching and ED&I executive support. Through these relationships we have been working to develop local coaches and have gained a broader understanding of cross-cultural working practices.
We don’t just care about developing educational leaders with a greater understanding of how to foster and create an inclusive culture, our team regularly provides voluntary coaching to people we meet either through work or personal interests. Our team has provided pro-bono coaching to an Assistant Principle across multi-academy trust. Together they have been exploring how to maintain authenticity as a leader whilst adapting style, language and approach to gain credibility with her Leadership Team and a culture where teachers are able to speak-up and out.
