Equal = Equal – Bridging the divide – gender and social mobility
In this session, our guests will take a solution focus on how organisations can help increase upward social mobility and especially so in the times of the current pandemic. There have been government cuts on various policies, the world is going into a recession, unemployment has risen – our guests will discuss how this affects us by looking at socio-economic factors and gender. The guests will share what they are doing to mitigate these challenges and what they suggest other organisations to do.
