Equal = Equal – Let’s talk intersectionality
In this session, we will learn how to create an inclusive culture by looking at the issue from an intersectionality perspective. Our guests will discuss why gender equality needs to include everyone and will also talk about the inclusion of trans people and non-binary people in the workplace and if enough work is done on this. Women have multiple dimensions to their identity – our guests will drive the conversation on why you can’t focus on gender without prioritizing intersectionality and highlighting the inequities that continue to plague non-white and non-cis women.
