Think inclusion, think kindness
The session is at 1 pm GMT / 6:30 pm Indian Standard Time.
Everybody wants to be treated with kindness, respect and empathy. But how do we meet this obscure goal and be inclusive, especially in the diverse-growing workplace when most are working remotely?
We want to start the new year by exploring the nuanced aspect of kindness in the workplace. Kindness is the quality of being friendly, generous and considerate. While it can manifest itself in various ways, with scientific research-backed evidence, we can safely say that organisations and individuals can benefit widely from being kind – physiologically, emotionally and financially.
We invite you to attend an exploratory session on understanding and practicing kindness while being inclusive in the workplace. This one-hour masterclass will allow you to define acts of kindness that work for you and provide you with useful tips on practicing them to enhance inclusion within your teams.
