Creating Inclusive Cultures – mental health and inclusion
Fill the form below to register for the event.
Mental health and inclusion are inextricably linked. Leaders have a significant role to play in both helping create a culture where it’s ok to speak up, and also one which is inclusive of everyone – no matter what their background, personal circumstance or any other factor.
Diversity can be compared to an iceberg; differences visible to the eye are just the tip of it and beneath is a wide range of characteristics that make people who they are – including mental health.
In this panel discussion we will have open and honest discussions around the essential leadership skills and habits needed to lead an inclusive organisation, the importance of displaying vulnerability, showing authenticity, developing self-awareness and curiosity, and leading change through feedback and influence. We believe storytelling is an incredibly powerful tool for elevating voices and sharing experiences, and we will use stories throughout the session.
This and more will be discussed on our event. We will hear insights from our speakers as well as provide the opportunity for you to ask questions and learn from the speakers’ professional and personal experiences.
