Our Culture Audit provides an audit of all of an organisation’s policies and processes. Each of these is scored and recommendations are provided on what steps to take next. We’ve worked with global clients in reviewing, adapting and implementing policies and processes that drive systems change. Through doing this we can create more inclusive workplaces for all.
Our ED&I programmes are the core of our offering. They span across many different topics, ensuring that we meet all aspects of inclusion and diversity. These programmes are delivered through:
• Skills programmes: these provide information and knowledge about a specific subject where an individual might want to develop or focus on.
• Behaviour programmes: these help individuals and teams develop behaviours through habit formation. By practising habits for a length of time, they become part of people’s natural behaviour.
• Anti-racism programmes: these explore deeper into the issues surrounding racism such as Microaggressions, White Privilege and Intersectionality.
