Job vacancy: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Specialist – Kyiv, Ukraine



Overview of position:

  • Working with various team members across IDC, including the CEO and Psychology team to understand the requirements
  • Machine Learning model building, training, validation and tuning
  • Explore & Visualize the data to gain better insights and identifying differences in data distribution to address the model performance challenges
  • Researching, evaluating and exploring various ML algorithms
  • Validating model inputs/ outputs & accuracy
  • Deploying models to production
  • Working with India, UK and Ukraine based teams to deliver models
  • Providing technical guidance to product and research teams on appropriate AI approaches
  • Recommending ways in which IDC could further utilise AI technologies

Person specification:


  • Experience with Machine Leaning algorithms
  • Experience dealing with both structured & unstructured datasets and drawing the insights from the data
  • Good understating of the statistical methods – sampling, modelling, hypothesis testing & probability
  • Working experience with Python & ML libraries
  • Experience with text analytics & NLP libraries
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to understand, remember, and communicate highly technical information and make decisions
  • Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate, explore and implement alternative solutions


  • Experience with cloud technologies & APIs
  • Agile development experience
  • Experience working with an international team
