Overview of position:
You’ll bring a passion for equity, diversity and inclusion as well as for supporting organisations with behavioural change. The role will support strategic client development and continuing partnerships through project management and client communication, as well as supporting our internal team to be the best they can. You’ll work to support IDC’s CEO as well as working closely with all other IDC team members to maintain an overview of what the organisational priorities are and where there may be gaps or extra support needed.

This role can be offered as a part-time or full-time position. The role will primarily home based, however occasional travel to Leamington Spa or London may be required for team or client meetings.
UK: £32,000 – £40,000 per annum FTE, dependent on location and experience
