Overview of position:

IDC is seeking a self-starter to fill the newly created role of Senior D&I Program Manager.  The Sr. D&I Program Manager will partner with SVP, Head of Client Partnerships-US to design D&I professional development programs to meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for D&I, the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. 

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop and execute a robust D&I development program strategy
  2. Curate D&I program content and manage relevant corporate communications across all channels
  3. Track, analyse and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and our customers
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure outstanding delivery and support of IDC functional areas
  5. Provide input and feedback into the sales process for key opportunities.
  6. Some international and domestic travel

 

Qualifications:

  1. Passion for diversity and inclusion
  2. 3+ years of D&I program management experience
  3. Experience working with a technology products and services
  4. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
  5. Experience in developing and driving strategy and execution plans
  6. Proven team leader with highly performing collaborative, matrix teams.
  7. Strong communicator and presenter with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence others.
  8. Experience using data and analysis to create and support business narratives.
  9. Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
