Job vacancy: Senior FE React Developer – Leamington Spa, UK

We provide consultancy in organisational culture, social mobility and corporative inclusive behaviours for clients such as Boots, BBC, UK’s Department of Education and many others.


Overview of position:

  1. Use front-end development expertise to build compelling web and mobile experiences that are clear, beautiful, and effective 
  2. Solve problems.  
  3. Partner with UX design, back-end development, analytics, execution, and troubleshooting of solutions 
  4. Build strong, collaborative relationships
  5. Understand user journeys and help guide strategy and approach 
  6. Assist with other tasks in project as assigned 
  7. Lead FE team

Person specification:

  1. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 
  2. 3+ years React/Redux Experience
  3. Modern HTML, SCSS, CSS, JavaScript (ES6 +)  
  4. JavaScript Frameworks and Libraries 
  5. Experienced with Airbnb design system
  6. Experienced with GraphQL / Apollo 
  7. Strong knowledge of Bootstrap  
  8. Experienced with Mako  
  9. Experienced with accessibility standards WCAG / Aria
  10. Experience with Agile Development Practices
  11. Rapid Prototyping 
  12. Responsive Interface/Component Design 
  13. Experience with Hybrid/Mobile Application Development 
  14. PWA: Progressive Web Application Development  
  15. Understanding of FIGMA
  16. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Able to present ideas  
  17. Strong focus on user experience, a passion for good design and for building solutions using the latest technologies and best practices 
  18. Ability to understand business requirements and concepts and translate those into technical solutions 
  19. Attention to detail 
  20. Excellent organisational skills with ability to lead teams
