Formerly international HRD, and then talent and learning director at Oxford University Press, Johanna is now one of the very few female CEOs in the tech industry. She launched In Diverse Company in 2019 out of a strong belief that there was a better way to create and measure inclusive cultures. Her vision for the Include LXP™ platform fuses behavioural psychology, ground-breaking technology and team learning through social interactions to create temperature checks for business, complete with a programme of learning to go with it. She works with multinational organisations from all over the world to understand their inclusion aims.
