What is Include LXP?

The core purpose of Include LXP™ is to encourage learning and build organisational insight in to how they work and how they can be more inclusive. Include LXP™ is designed on a ‘teams first’ principle – by getting individuals to share their learning experiences and work through tasks together they will learn better. Through communication and collaboration, individuals can hold one another to account to ensure behaviour change take place. The platform enables learning to take place within it but provides ways of getting new habits to stick in the long run.

Users can use the platform to develop their skills and inclusive behaviors through learning programmes. Our learning is broken down into different elements through different formats including research articles, podcasts and videos. It covers several skills as well as behaviours, allowing every single employee to reap the benefits from online and face-to-face learning and engagement programmes from any device, 24/7.


Our approach focuses on engagement and inclusion, aligned to company values, people metrics and tracks against business performance. We offer a holistic approach to employee engagement which ensures that engagement is measured throughout the year, keeping a constant check on engagement and inclusion and allowing leaders to act in the moment. Through our platform Include LXP™, we measure employee engagement through investigative, exhaustive pulse surveys with simple yet powerful analytics the organisation can uncover the complexities within it. From these we can provide organisations with a clear idea of exactly where their engagement problems lie and provide recommendations of how to improve them through analysing quantitative and qualitative data.

Our engagement model looks at engagement across a range of areas; surveys relating to the employee life cycle, business topics, events that may impact engagement. It measures wellbeing daily, culture quarterly and inclusion annually and gives an annual and quarterly engagement score for individual, teams and the organisation. This score is mapped against inclusion, mental wellbeing and the agreed people and business metrics for each organisation. Understanding the variables that correlate with engagement allows an organisation to identify trends, insights and most importantly action plans that are most likely to result in increased employee engagement.

Johanna launched In Diverse Company in 2019 out of a strong belief that there was a better way to create and measure inclusive cultures.

We set up our events programme to share some truly inspirational stories and provide evidence of the power of inclusion within the workplace, as well as an opportunity for networking, talking through issues and challenges and creating a community for those working along a D&I journey.
