What is Include LXP?

Include LXP is underpinned by social and behavioural psychology, and is the only platform on the market combines learning, experience, and engagement – Include LXP not only develops skills, but drives behaviour change and enables human connection.

How? By developing habits, these soon become unconscious behaviours that nudge and drive change on an organisational level. However, it can be tough to commit and stick to habits individually. Research shows that we have much more chance at being successful if we do this collectively so our programmes and learning take a teams first approach, and our technology also helps nudge us to commit to new habits. ​

Through AI, the platform encourages employees to view different learning content, not only content that matches their demographic, removing unconscious bias and preferences when it comes to learning and engagement. Employees can also register moods on 'good days' and 'bad days' and share data on their activities, supporting them in recognising their productivity levels and mental wellbeing.

We split our programs into three areas:

Organisational programs – we work with you to understand what the biggest priorities and challenges are in your organisation, and work to deliver a program that will have measurable impact. All our programs are available in a bespoke format to ensure that are appropriate and addressing the right things for your organisation based on geographies you operate in and your industry.

An example of a bespoke program we are delivering for a client in India is Women in Leadership. In Diverse Company realizes that it is often not the women who don’t want to work, but it’s the people around her – her family and the society she lives in. Keeping this in mind, we have developed a community-based “Women in Leadership” programme that includes sessions and modules not just for the woman herself, but her family as well as her managers at work. This helps not only the woman to gain the necessary skills to move up the ladder, but the stakeholders around her to understand and support the woman in this process.

What we’re talking about

Johanna launched In Diverse Company in 2019 out of a strong belief that there was a better way to create and measure inclusive cultures.

We set up our events programme to share some truly inspirational stories and provide evidence of the power of inclusion within the workplace, as well as an opportunity for networking, talking through issues and challenges and creating a community for those working along a D&I journey.
