Manasi Bharati

Senior Psychology Consultant

Manasi brings expertise in teaching, training and research by integrating psychological and organisational principles to guide human behaviour. A J. N. Tata, British Council Women in STEM scholar and recipient of the President of India’s gold medal, she holds postgraduate degrees in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and in Public Administration. She has worked extensively in the teaching field and also served as an executive consultant for the Maharashtra Police as Chief Minister’s Fellow.

 

At IDC, she designs and facilitates our learning content on organisational training on topics like ED&I, creating inclusive workplaces and leadership behaviours for private and public sector organisations alike, along with non-profits. Occasionally, she engages in penning down her thoughts in our research and thought leadership articles. She speaks Spanish, practices Bharatanatyam and travels in her spare time. She loves to learn and is currently trying her hand out at Kalaripayattu, basketball and Portuguese language.
