Martha is a dedicated practitioner who is passionate about education and personal development. She is a qualified teacher with a BSc Hons. Degree in Business & Psychology; and a MA in Education Leadership & Management. Martha is an expert in her field with over 15 years’ experience in Education, Leadership, Mentoring and Coaching, and Training and Development.

Having worked closely with individuals, Senior Leaders and organisations across various industries and countries she attests to the competitive advantage opportunities that individuals and organisations can both leverage from Training and Development.

Martha’s academic qualifications and professional experience have equipped her with an in-depth understanding of people development, enabling her to clearly identify performance gaps, training needs and business development areas. From this, she can design and implement a range of practical training solutions, using interactive delivery methods and contextualised content, as well as provide business development strategies that improve individual performance, enabling organisations to get the most out of their employees and secure organisational excellence.

As a Senior Consultant at IDC, she leads business development, informing the BD approach to ensure that client relationships are driven by our knowledge and thinking and contributing to bid writing. She keeps abreast of the latest research and thought leadership in the areas of EDI, leadership, and wellbeing and disseminates this across teams. She is also involved in creating and delivering engaging learning content to help create behaviour change and habit development (both online and offline).
