Women’s Futures

In Diverse Company has developed an online global mentoring and support network for women globally; Women’s Futures. The programme launched on 8th March 2019 in celebration and acknowledgement of International Women’s Day.

Women’s Futures aims to increase women’s economic empowerment through supporting women globally to enter or return to the workplace. The programme has a focus on women returning to the workplace for all reasons; whether that is maternity leave, caring for others, bereavement leave, a long-term illness or another reason.

All mentoring relationships and support networks will benefit from global and diverse perspectives, using technology to connect the groups. The technology used within the mentoring relationships is available on all devices and will promote confidence and familiarity with using technology as a utility.

We’ve got some really talented mentors from Asia, the US and Europe and from a range of industries including finance, engineering, marketing, retail and the public sector. Women from around the world have been registering with us as mentees seeking solutions to various issues and suggestions on how to reach goals in their work journeys. This programme is a voluntary initiative with mentors volunteering their time, and mentees benefitting at no cost.

What we’re talking about

Johanna launched In Diverse Company in 2019 out of a strong belief that there was a better way to create and measure inclusive cultures.

We live by our values, and our approach to our own recruitment policy, team and purpose reflects this. We are a tech company driven by a senior team that are experts in people, with one of the only female CEOs of a HR tech platform across the world.

Our Learning Platform, Include™ is the only LXP that combines Learning and Engagement. Include aims to create more inclusive working cultures and is underpinned by social and behavioural psychology principles.
