Equal = Equal – Microaggressions & workplace trauma
In this session, our guests will talk about microaggressions and the experience of workplace trauma on Black women in the workplace. They will suggest what can be done to make the experience of Black women a more positive one. What is White Supremacy? What are the signs of a white supremacist culture in the workplace? How does it impact marginalized communities? What are ways in which we help shift attitudes, beliefs and behaviours? These and more questions will be answered by our guests.
